1. Services

* I, Konrad Gierej, provide graphic design and digital art services as described on the "Services" page.

* The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed upon individually with each client.

* I reserve the right to reject any project that I deem does not align with my values or professional style.

2. Intellectual Property

* Client Rights: Once final payment for a project is received, all intellectual property rights to the final designs are transferred to the client.

* Designer Rights: I reserve the right to display the final works in my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

* The client must ensure that all materials they provide (such as text, images, and logos) do not infringe any third party copyright or intellectual property rights.

3. Payment

* The payment structure (e.g., a 50% down payment before work begins, and the remainder upon completion) is agreed upon for each project.

* Payments must be made on time to ensure continuity. Late payments may delay project delivery.

* All payments must be made in the agreed-upon currency.

4. Amendments

* Each project includes a specific number of amendments (which will be specified in the initial agreement).

* Any additional amendments beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

* I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information the client shares with me during the project period.

6. Termination of the Contract

* Either party has the right to terminate the contract at any time, with written notice.

* If the client terminates the contract after work has commenced, the advance payment will not be refunded.

7. Liability

* I am responsible for providing my services with the highest level of professionalism and quality.

* I am not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the final designs.
